All people of course know if water very important to this body but most people only drink water when they feel thirsty or after eat something, right?
Fyi girls, if you want your skin and body healthy drinking water is one of the solution, at least human need 2 liters of water.
BENEFIT OF DRINKING WATER
1. Relieves Fatigue
If you often feel tired, there is a high chance that it could be due to inadequate consumption of water which makes the body function less efficiently. In fact, fatigue is one of the first signs of dehydration.
When there is less water in the body, there is a drop of blood volume which causes the heart to work harder to pump oxygenated blood out in the bloodstream, and other major organs also work less efficiently. Thus, drinking adequate water can help your body function better and reduce fatigue.

For me, at first make routine drinking water is very hard but now in 30 minutes I keep drinking water and finished 1 liters of water, I always bring my bottle anywhere anytime. For one day I need at least 2 or 3 liters of water, a half of the bottle for morning after wake up and before go to sleep, 1 liters infused water with lemon.
HOW TO MAKE DRINKING WATER BECOME A HABIT
1. Search all benefits of drinking water. For me, I want my skin clean, healthy and my body healthy. It useless if you only buying many products for your face and body, you need make your skin healthy inside too not just outside, girls. of course its different if you keep your skin healthy from inside and outside at the same time.
2. Don’t push yourself to drinking many water if you not like drinking water, just go little by little. If you push yourself too much, it only make yourself have hard time.
3. Buy cute bottle, unique bottle or bottle with your favorite color, it can make you want to drink and drink more.
4. Clear your fridge from all not healthy drinks, like soda, sweet syrup and many more.
5. Bring your bottle when you go anywhere, even at house. It can make you always remember to drink water.
6. When you at the restaurant don’t order anything except mineral water it can turn into habit and of course water more cheap xD
7. Make infused water! Very easy, fresh and you get at least 2 benefits :D
I choose lemon because lemon can make your skin brighter and I like sour..
If you want make lemon water, cut the lemon skin. If you keep lemon water more than 2 hours with the skin it will make bitter.
